The Diana funicular railway has been transporting Karlovy Vary guests from the city center to "Výšina přátelství" for more than 100 years.
The funicular railway departs every 15 minutes and its maximum capacity is 40 people. The ride through the spa forests - with a stop at the "Jelení skok" intermediate station - takes approximately 5 minutes and will provide you with unusual views of Karlovy Vary during the journey. At the top, don't forget to visit the lookout tower of the same name.
The lower station „Stará louka“ can be found in Mariánská Lane near Mírové Square, just a few metres from the Grandhotel Pupp.
