The CycloEGRENSIS system is a unique integrated system of transportation of bikers and their bikes in the Karlovy Vary region. It is available not only in all big towns – Karlovy Vary, Sokolov nd Cheb – but also in other towns and villages, in the region of the Ore Mountains, the Slavkovský les Mountains, the Tepelská vrchovina Mountains and the accessible part of the Doupovské hory Mountains. 

Its backbone track copies the Cycling Path Ohře and another backbone track connects the mountainous part of the Karlovy Vary region.
